MCPAWS Regional Animal Shelter

The barn red MCPAWS Regional Animal Shelter is a welcoming site to McCall residents and visitors frantically searching for a lost pet—or to those who want to open their heart to our wonderful shelter animals as a volunteer or adoptive family.
In 2006 MCPAWS took in over 800 abandoned and surrendered dogs and cats—and found homes for over 90% of them for an adoption rate that is one of the highest in the nation! It’s no wonder MCPAWS is viewed as a gem of the community with its caring environment and strong volunteer support.
Visitors are always welcome to tour the facilities at MCPAWS Regional Animal Shelter. MCPAWS is open from 12 to 4 PM Tuesday through Saturday and donations are always appreciated and badly needed.
