Property Evaluation We objectively discuss the positive and negative features of a property that may affect its resale value including property condition, building quality, location, neighborhood amenities, current market conditions and financing considerations.
Property Disclosure and Property Research I review with you the Seller's written disclosure statements to enable you to determine whether the property meets your requirements and assist you in acquiring property information you may need to make informed decisions.
Offering Price I provide relevant market data including the state of the McCall real estate market and comparative sales of like properties to assist you in determining a reasonable offering price and a targeted range of purchase.
Offer Preparation I prepare a concise written offer on the property you have decided to purchase and explain the options available to you as it pertains to financing, inspections, title and other conditions of sale. Your purchase contract will be carefully structured to minimize your risk, liability and to protect your earnest money deposit.
